Sighting Kohoutek

Kohoutek,
Star of Bethlehem,
gleamed, unspoiled,
in Earth's dark skies
again
tonight.

We
saw it
over the Thornes' garage.

We thought it might be an airplane.

But it didn't move fast enough for an airplane.

So we wondered if we had the right
dot,
among all those thousands of
dots, up there.

Anyway I said,
"Must be Kohoutek."

And she
said,
"Must

be."
