How can we begin to accommodate newer ideas in our political debate?

For starters, we should insist that political candidates make at least some minimal acknowledgment of the cognition-based transformations that have occurred in our world. Those who won’t do this can be presumed to have an especially strong interest in propagating dissociation, and dismissed accordingly.

We also need to address certain systemic anomalies that currently block candidates with fresher and more original perspectives from appearing on our ballots.
