Artist's Notes

This is just an early sketch out of my imagination, but I still like the simplicity and semi-abstract nature of it.

Its simplicity enables it to seem like it's almost anywhere.

For me, it tends to evoke scenes from my childhood in the Northeast, but it could just as easily be the Midwest.  I've also had someone from Louisiana tell me it reminded him of the bayous there.
