The issue is pretty simple:  can the people of Iraq be trusted with nuclear weapons?  The U.S. right now is the only force that can decide who should join the nuclear weapons club, and the only thing that is keeping the future of your grandchildren safe.

If somebody had stepped into Germany in 1935 and destroyed a few dozen planes and killed a few hundred officers, World War II would have been stopped in its tracks.  A hundred million lives or so would have been saved.

That is what the U.S. is doing in Iraq today.
